RETURNS AND REFUNDS

The customer may return items purchased on phobia-archive.com within 14 days of receiving the goods.
visionofsuper.com does not offer an exchange service; therefore, it is only possible to return items and place a new online order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
All customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURN PROCEDURE

The customer can make a return via the dedicated form.
The seller does not handle size exchanges, only returns and refunds. It is important that the package is well-packaged to prevent damage during transport.

Goods returned without authorization will not be considered and no refund will be issued. All products must be returned in the same condition in which they were originally sent, including labels and tags. Returns of damaged, stained, washed, or altered products are not accepted.

All products must therefore be in perfect condition and meet our quality standards.
Returns are not accepted for items with transport damage, personalized items, sealed items unsuitable for hygiene or health reasons if opened after delivery, or items purchased outside of visionofsuper.com.

To remain properly protected during shipping, items must be sent in their original packaging. We also recommend using a second box or protective outer wrap to ensure greater protection during transport.

Upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be inspected. If the goods show defects attributable to visionofsuper.com, a full refund will be issued.
If the goods show defects attributable to the customer, no refund will be issued. Shipping costs for goods that do not meet the return requirements are the responsibility of the customer.

If the product complies with the return requirements, the customer will receive a refund for the returned items within 14 days from the date the right of withdrawal was exercised, via credit to the original payment method used.
