Our shipments are taken care of by DHL and GLS. Shipping times can vary from 1 to 3 working days for Italy, from 10 to 15 working days for shipments to the European Union and from 10 to 25 working days for non-EU countries (excluding formalities completion times customs).

We use DHL and GLS to send most of our EU and non-EU orders. Vision of Super reserves the right to use discretion in any circumstance where it makes more sense to use an alternative delivery method.

Shipping costs are managed in the following ways:
Italy: free from € 20 (other orders € 9)
Europe: free from € 100 (other orders € 15)
Switzerland: free from € 100 (other orders € 15)
United Kingdom: free from € 100 (other orders € 20)
Usa: free from € 100 (other orders € 20)

Rest of the world: free from € 100 (other orders € 20) All customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Please be aware an automated email is sent to you to the given email address when your order is dispatched. Please check all folders including your junk as it will come from a noreply email address. To ensure emails reach you, add the domain Vision of Super.com to your safe senders list.

Returns are processed via the Sendcloud platform (methods specified on the 'Returns and Refunds' page). Once the return has arrived at our logistics, we will proceed to carry out checks on its quality and integrity. If damage attributable to VoS is found, we will proceed to forward the entire refund amount, otherwise, €10 will be deducted, as already established. Return evaluation times may vary.

No, our courier company do not offer the service to deliver on weekends currently.

If there is a failure to deliver the package, the courier will try to return in the following days. If the courier is no longer able to deliver the goods, they will be returned to the sender.

Once we receive your items, our returns department will inspect and restock the merchandise. Once our returns department has carried out this operation, we will proceed to generate the refund due. As regards 'cash on delivery' payments, the customer will have to provide us with his details (iban and name of the account holder) and the refund will be issued by our accounting office. This process typically takes 5-7 business days. When returning your products, please remember to include the original invoice, otherwise the refund may be delayed.

Yes. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your order has been processed. This email will also contain your tracking number.

We aim to process returns within 5-7 working days of receiving them. You will be notified by email once the return is complete.We suggest you make a note of the shipping reference given when you sent the item back. This will allow you to track your parcel at every stage of delivery, including when we receive it.Should you have any queries about your return, please feel free to contact our Customer Service team via email.

If you are returning an item (wrong size, item not corresponding to expectations, etc.) we will refund the total cost of the order minus the €10 shipping cost. If you need to return a faulty item for a refund, we will refund both the return delivery charge and the cost of the item.

Due to the nature of our payments system, the full cost of the order will be charged to the card as soon as it is placed.

The payments we accept are: Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Shopify Pay, Visa. Furthermore we also accept PayPal, Satispay, Klarna and cash on delivery (only for orders in Italy).

VoS does not manage exchanges of goods but only returns. Once the customer has made the return and obtained a refund, he can proceed to make a new purchase, if he/she/they wishes.

Yes, it is possible to return more than one item within the same return process.
